At Vila Komoda we start and finish our day with the same & only goal - to progress each day. Therefore, we feel grateful to be surrounded by and to work with our dearest guests as well as people who are true believers in what they do. One of those people is our recently made friend, Jonas Lingys.
Having changed his career path at one point of his life, Jonas is a professional bubbly bread drink sommelier. Even the first time we met him, the man had just one hand free to shake – he held an exclusive six pack of golden coloured bottles in the other. After meeting this accomplished man, we simply have no doubt that if we could talk for hours and hours about spices, food and techniques in the kitchen, taught by our grandmothers, Jonas could probably talk about the mentioned drink even longer.
& that’s what gives us goose bumps.
