The first Klaipeda travel office was established in 1964. In the year 1992 it was reorganized into Joint-stock company Klaipeda tourism information center. Under the decision of Klaipeda city municipality on 08.11.2002 was established public company Klaipeda tourism and culture information center (VšĮ KTKIC).
Klaipeda tourism and culture information centre services:
- Provide information about places of interest, entertainment facilities, travel agencies, exibitions etc.;
- Sell souvenirs, maps, post cards, stamps, etc.;
- Arranges trips for individuals and groups around Klaipeda and Lithuania;
- Offers guided tours (in Lithuanian, English, German, Russian, Italian, Polish, etc.);
- Offers bicycle rent, Internet access;
- Arranges hotel reservations, bus and car rentals

May: Monday – Friday 9.00-18.00 h
Saturday 10.00-16.00 h
June – August: Monday – Friday 9.00-19.00 h
Saturday – Sunday 10.00-16.00 h
