Corruption prevention

Corruption – state servant’s or person’s of equal stature direct or indirect attempt, demand or acceptance of wealth or other personal gains (present, favor, promise, privilege) for themselves or another person for either performed or unperformed actions depending on ongoing duties, as well as state servant’s or person’s of equal stature actions or inactivity while attempting, demanding wealth or other personal gain for themselves or another person, or accepting this gain, as well as direct or indirect offering or granting for state servant, or person of equal stature wealth or other personal gain (presents, favors, promises, privileges) for performance or lack of thereof of actions by state servant or person of equal stature ongoing duties, as well as mediation in acting out on the activities stated in this part. 

Corruption prevention goal – to strive that state and municipalities’ organizations, as well as business companies’ activity would be impartial and pure.

  • Lithuania Republic Corruption Prevention Law 
  • Lithuania Republic national fight against corruption program.
